In Dyut Foundation we are committed to protect the privacy and personal information of our donors, beneficiaries, volunteers, partners, and visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you interact with us through our website, offline initiatives, events, and programs.

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE CONSTITUTES YOUR EXPRESS, FREE, SPECIFIC, INFORMED, UNCONDITIONAL AND UNAMBIGUOUS CONSENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY (AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME) AND YOU SHALL BE BOUND BY THE SAME.

  • Program-Related Information: Details related to beneficiaries, participants, or stakeholders in our child education, environmental, or livelihood initiatives (e.g., school enrollment data, occupation, or socioeconomic status).
  • Digital Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies when you visit our website.

  • Site Browsing: Our site can be browsed anonymously. We do not require you to identify yourself or reveal any Personal Information while browsing through the Site. However, you may not be able to access certain sections of the Site or interact with us without providing the Personal Information. For instance, you would not be able to transact at the Site or make any donations at the Site, without providing the Personal Information. If you desire to register yourself at the Site, you would be required to provide your Personal Information.
  • While you are browsing the Site, the website may automatically record some general information (“General Information”) about your visit such as Date and time of your visit to the Site, along with the address of the previous website you were visiting, if you were linked to us through another website, type of browser you are using (such as Internet Explorer version ‘X’), Type of ‘hit’ made to the server to request a response:
  • The General Information is NOT Personal Information. Dyut Foundation tracking system does not record personal information about individuals or link this information to any Personal information collected from you.
  • The General Information is used by Dyut Foundation for statistical analysis, for tracking overall traffic patterns on the Site and to understand the public interest in Dyut Foundation activities. Such General Information may be shared by Dyut Foundation with any person at Dyut Foundation’s sole and exclusive discretion.

Permission is given to use the resources of this Site only for the purposes of making enquiries or making a donation. Any other use, including the reproduction and/or modification and/or distribution and/or transmission and/or republication and/or display and/or performance of the content on this Site can only be made with the prior express and written permission of Dyut Foundation. All other trademarks, brands and copyrights other than those belonging to Dyut Foundation belong to their respective owners and are their property.

Dyut Foundation shall be absolutely entitled at its sole discretion from time to time to add to, alter, delete or modify any of the terms and conditions contained herein. Such changes, additions, alterations, deletions or modifications shall be binding on you once you visit the Site after the Privacy Policy has been so amended.
